Our Advanced Canyon expeditions represent the epitome of Canyoning in the Blue Mountains. These trips are long, challenging and highly rewarding.

These Adventures are more technical, and much longer than our other Canyons. You can expect to be on the go for 9+ hours whilst carrying a heavy bag through difficult obstacles and challenging Abseils. For this reason, prior Canyon experience with ASM is definitely preferred- A high level of fitness and previous Abseiling experience is absolutely necessary.

Butterbox Canyon is our most Technical Advanced Canyon- Many abseils, a rock climb to exit and the infamous chock stone abseil make this an absolute favorite for any fan of roped Adventure sports!

Claustral Canyon is known the world over as one of the most spectacular days of Adventure that anyone could ask for. Steeped in history, visiting the depths of this Canyon is a very humbling experience regardless of whether it’s your first visit or your thirtieth. We have guided participants from across the globe through Claustral Canyon and there is no question why people seek out such a beautiful chasm to explore.

Whungee Whengee is arguably the most beautiful Canyon that we visit. It is long, green and impressively narrow throughout most of it’s length. It features highly challenging scrambles, abseils and tunnel swims.
