Canyoning Courses

Canyons are some of the most beautiful and thoroughly exhilarating natural environments one could ever hope to experience. However, like any wilderness journey, canyon excursions can also be hazardous and even dangerous to the unwary, the careless, or the inexperienced.

We run a variety of courses to provide you with the skills to keep your group safe, yourself safe, or to just make you a more efficient member of your expedition.

Our courses will help you descend canyons more efficiently and enable you to better deal with emergency situations in these wet and cold environments.

Canyon 1

The first requirement for canyoning in the Blue Mountains is being able to Abseil! At minimum, please see our Full Day Abseiling or Abseiling & Canyoning adventures.

We recommend our Abseiling 2 course to give you a more solid foundation in the basics of setting up abseils as well as basic knots & rope work.

See our full list of abseiling courses.
