Meeting Time
Most trips meet at 8:45 a.m., however there are some exceptions! Wilderness canyons and Grose Valley climbing days have early starts, so check your booking confirmation or give us a call if you’re not sure.
Meeting Location
Meet us at 190 Katoomba Street, Katoomba on the morning of your trip.
Lunch
Lunch consists of a large focaccia roll sourced from a local deli. We order a suprise variety and they’re always delicious. Beverages and snacks are not provided, however water bottles are available for purchase in our store. You are welcome to bring along additional snacks for the day if you like!
Dietary Requirements
We can cater to most dietary requirements as we outsource catering. We can offer keto, gluten free, vegan and many more options. We’re also happy to cater to any aversions or dislikes you may have. You can inform us of dietary needs up to 24 hours prior to your trip.
Public Transport
Our office is just 750m away from Katoomba station! Trains come in from Sydney Central daily. Check Tripview for up to date travel information or contact Sydney Trains.
Parking
Parking around our office is metred, but there is free street parking at Katoomba Police Station, just a few blocks away.
Can I Bring My Own Equipment?
Of course! ASM provides all necessary technical equipment for trips, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Our guides will inspect your equipment in the morning to ensure suitability. If you’re on an instructional course and want to learn how to use a specific piece of gear you have, bring it along!
